Sorry its been so long, i’ve been super busy with work and wedding prep! But I’m back now and hopefully I’ll be blogging more often.
So todays post I’ve been intending to do for weeks and just kept forgetting.
Because I have Sundays off of work, I try to avoid wearing makeup, just to let my skin breathe a little. But I feel very bare without anything on so here is what I apply to my face on my days off
So to start I always use Simple hydrating moisturiser on my face. This is one of the two moisturisers that I can use on my face as I do have quite sensitive skin (the other moisturiser is the Clinque Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion) I love this as it is so affordable!
Then I use the No7 Triple protection tinted moisturiser. I got this free when I purchased some skincare products from No7 (these will be in my next post) I’m not particularly keen on the colour of this as it does make my face seem quite dark once its applied but the formula is lovely, it does make my skin feel soft & velvety.
I also pop a little of the Rimmel Stay Matte powder over my t-zone as it can get quite oily over the course of the day, especially as I spend my days off cleaning the house!
I dont tend to wear any mascara on my days off but as I was popping out today, I put a little on my eyes to make me look awake. I used the No7 Extreme Length Waterproof Mascara. I LOVE this mascara. It makes my lashes look so long, which is a good thing seeing as I have very small eyelashes. This will definitely be something that I purchase a full size version of in preparation for my wedding.
As for hair, I am trying not to straighten my hair at the moment as its getting far too brittle so when it comes to my day off I dont do anything to my hair at all

As you can just about see in this picture, my hair is slightly wavy. Normally I just fishtail plait my hair and leave it to dry naturally but today I decided to use the Tresemme texture wave spray. So i spritized some into my hair and put it up into a ponytail and let dry.
So thats my day off makeup & hair
